Two PPS successes in London's booming Nine Elms

PPS always prides itself on the contribution it makes to the nation's infrastructure, and last week was no exception with two great successes in London's booming Nine Elms.

First, Lambeth Council granted unanimous consent for clients K2 Property and Network Rail for a new tower on Wyvil Road - and to top it off, Wandsworth Council did the same for Vinci St Modwen at New Covent Garden Market.

That's more than ‎3200 new homes across up to 143 storeys, 45,000 sq m of market space, 35,000 sq m of office space, more than 10,000 sq m of other retail space, and a £91 million investment in local infrastructure including the Northern Line extension. Not bad for one week.
